If you want to get a new broadband connection, you should keep calm and ask the officials for many times. In my personal experience, if somebody wants to get a new broadband connection, they need to see the office head to the line man. They will say, there is no new pairs for new connection and many other excuses. But if you are so interested in getting a new connection, just ask for the contact number of lineman and have a meeting with him. Other Information related to BSNL Broadband Kerala Plans 2015
- For every plan, there must be tax. For example If you are planning to choose BB 675, you will get a bill amount approximately equal to 800. If you had made extra call, it will also be in the bill. If you want to take a new broadband connection and if you don’t have a landline connection, Security deposit and installation charges will be asked. You should also buy a modem. It may cost an extra 2000.
- There should be 10% discount for Central Government and State Government state government employees. This discount is also available for Visually Impaired customers. But this option get void if customer choose two/three year payment option.
- The plan speed is not applicable for uploading. For example If you choose 2 Mbps Plan, then you won’t get an uploading speed upto 2 Mbps. It only meant for downloading.
- The above Plan is only meant for Kerala Users. However other states have same plans but may have some minute changes.
